Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

    • Opened consumables

    • Personal care items

    • Clearance or final-sale products


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.
